Making a simple style Maki Sushi. Ingredients: Salt Salmon(Trout), Crab Sticks and Avokado. I prefer salt Trout fish, sometimes I prepare it myself, but mostly I buy from the store already salted Trout. Since I live by the sea it is easy to get Fresh fish, thus I never use the fish sold in packed plastic bags.

How to Prepare Maki Nori | Sushi Rice on Nori #6

Prepare the table; place all ingredients close to you. To prepare maki nori, we will need: rice, nori, some water and a paddle.

Basic ingredients for sushi making #5

Now you know all the details about rice, next step is making sushi. These are the most common basic ingredients I use.

  1. Avokado
  2. Salt Salmon
  3. Crab Sticks
  4. Paprika – Yellow Pepper ( This is just for an experiment. I always try different ingredients.)
