Hi Gilbert Gomez, wow, amazing sushi variations! I am worried about buying Nori in stores because of Fukoshima, and so I want to try rolling sushi on different sheets. I'll try the 13 grain bread tomorrow. I don't have a pasta machine so it'll have to be foods I can flatten with a roller. Sounds interesting.
I also found some soy Nori (fake nori) online.
Sushi, do you have any worries about Nori since Fukoshima?

Thanks my family loves sushi all 7 of us, it is very expensive $15 for a 40 piece at the store. My rolls aren't pretty but they are tasty. hopefully your tips can help me get both.

Great site. Thanks for the tip about wetting the nori after rolling the maki to soften it - I was wondering why mine were so tough!
