Sushi Maki Pictures and California Rolls Pictures – Snick view!
Just wanted to show you the pictures of sushi made by me. I took these pictures a few years ago, it took time to develop the sushi site and post them here.

An experiement with paprika. You may notice that a california roll on the top left has only avokado and paprika in there.
At that point I ran out of fish and crab sticks, thus I could say, it is better to use paprika and avokado as an adition to some sea ingredients. Rolling sushi with only avokado and paprika is ok, but the taste is a bit vegeterian. ^.^

Here, on the picture below you can see sushi rolls. You may notice that I did not cut the rolls the way that you might have seen on some video. Cut in the midle, then middle again and you get 8 rolls or so.” I cut the roll from one side to the other. The reason behind it is simple. I don’t run economy sushi bar, where chief uses half of the nori and small pieces of sea fish. That’s why my sushi are a bit longer and a bit bigger, but that is also why my sushi taste much better than those at the sushi bar.

Can you show us how to make the eel sauce, the sweet sauce featured on many sushi rolls at my local sushi restaurants?
Not sure, what kind of sauce you are talking about? Seems like Teriyaki sauce. I do put it sometimes.
